Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. Memberships cannot be canceled or modified until the initial 3 months have been completed.
Cancellation Policy
After the 3-month minimum, a 30-day written notice is required to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or in person at the studio. Membership benefits remain active during the 30-day notice period, and one final payment may be processed during that time.
Memberships cannot be canceled mid-billing cycle, and all payments are non-refundable once processed.
Unused Services
Monthly membership services do not roll over. Services not used within the billing month will be forfeited.
Paused or Skipped Months
Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or skipped for any reason.
Re-Enrollment Policy
If a membership is canceled, clients must wait 90 days before rejoining. Re-enrollment will be at the current membership rate, and any previous promotional or introductory pricing will no longer apply.
Missed Payments
Failed or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits until the balance is resolved. Continued non-payment may lead to cancellation.
